Community Centers

Our Service Network is made up of 7 Community Centers for Rapid HIV Testing (CCAPV) and operates in coordination with the National HIV Strategy, the Zonal, District Coordinations and the Comprehensive Health Care Units (UAIS) of the Comprehensive Public Health Network (RPIS). The network was created in 2016 with the purpose of reducing the impact of HIV in the community. The Community Network of Advisory Services for Voluntary HIV Tests (CCAPV), has a team of promoters duly trained and qualified in the provision of counseling services, conducting rapid HIV tests by the Ministry of Public Health and in linking individuals with HIV-positive and / or Reactive screening tests to the Comprehensive Health Care Units (UAIS) for their care, care and treatment of HIV infection. Our voluntary HIV testing and counseling services target key populations for HIV, such as: gay, bisexual men, other men who have sex with men, transsexual and transgender women, as well as other sectors of the population. general particularly young women and men susceptible to contracting HIV infection.
